What is TFSyntax?

TFSyntax is an open access and comprehensive database of transcription factors (TFs) binding syntax in mammalian genomes. It mainly focuses on the rules how TFs bind to enhancers with the context of other partners and how TFs cooperate with each other. Besides genome-wide TF binding profile, TFSyntax also presents the TF binding syntax in terms of TF positional preference, density preference and TF colocalization map within regulatory elements. more
